The Lab 5 Week Fitness Bootcamp will help you get fit, healthy and shred any unwanted body fat.

Starts Mon 11 Feb. Sessions are 3 x per week on Mon | Wed | Fri at 9.30am. 

The program begins with a benchmark workout and our qualified trainers will support and motivate you to build your fitness, strength and stamina. 

As the bootcamp progresses, each session increases in intensity, in order to ensure that you are constantly improving. Be aware, The Lab bootcamp is definitely no walk in the park, but we guarantee that it will achieve serious results, seriously fast! Spaces are limited so get in quick.
